If I could have given 20 stars, I would have. I was in from out of town and had an issues with my tires. Allen tire was recommended to me for their outstanding Customer Service so I called. I spoke with James and he immediately assured me that my car could taken care of that day. All my worries subsided. From beginning to end, my experience succeeded my expectations. I can't thank James and the rest of the staff enough for ensuring my safety. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a Range Rover and have always taken it back to the dealership.. Hyman brothers for service , the last time I took it in the service department they told me my truck wouldn’t pass inspection when I brought it back , that I would need front brakes which would cost me 1600 dollars for just front brakes ,I was referred to ALLEN TIRES and they looked over my truck yes I did need front brakes but my truck would passed inspection , but they also told me yes I did need front brakes but it was 655 dollars .. i appreciate someone being honest and being able to trust .. so if your looking for someone to serve your car and give you honesty and superb service.. PLEASE GO TO ALLEN TIRES , they have several locations in Richmond… everyone was very friendly and courteous, and even gave me a ride back to work … BEST DECISION I MADE .. I will continue servicing my truck with them ..
I went to Allen Tire after finding a nail in my tire. I called and they fit me in right away. They actually finished the repair in about an hour. I was so impressed and will definitely go back if I need anything else done.

Went in with strange noise.they checked everything. Three different drivers test drove. Found nothing .Very polite. Thanks to all the crew.will continue to go there.
