Not only has Allen Tire been giving me excellent service for years, but this past week, I got even more help from Chris, there. I heard him talking to a customer about maintenance on foreign cars, so I asked him questions about that, as I may have to buy a new car soon. He took the time to give me insight as to types of repairs and costs for foreign cars. First, I got a phone call soon after I left an online request for an appointment scheduling call. Billy was friendly and helpful on the phone. I got an appointment quickly! The team at 13210 addressed my flat tire issue. The lobby and location was clean, quiet, and well-run. Brandon guided me through the whole appointment, updating me regularly and explaining tire safety and service. Great job, team.
