I have been a loyal customer with Allen Tire of Chester Va for more than a decade. They're true professionals with all my cars maintenance needs. They're all friendly and geniually care about you and providing the best service for your car 🚗. I recommend everyone to use them. They should change They're name to Allen's Loyalty Car Service! My interactions on both days at Allen Tire were positive experiences. I had a flat tire that ultimately required a new tire. Billy was very positive and professional providing a thorough diagnosis on 10/15 of the problem and why a new tire was necessary. He provided a detailed quote and was able to secure a tire the next day. Timely phone calls were made the following day by Witt who provided excellent customer service in all my interactions. I was very pleased with my service and end result of my damaged tire. Thank you!!!!!!!!

I actually went to Allen tire forest hill for an oil change even though I could have gotten one free at the dealership . It was easy to make an appointment. It is close to my home. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They do not try to upsell. As an older female., I trust what they tell me. BetsyShires

If you are looking for excellent service at a fair price, this is the place. They will not try to upsell you, oversell you or otherwise take advantage of you. Honesty in this business can be hard to find, but these folks are honest. They are my "go to" shop!

I trust these folks and today I had an appointment for tire rotation and was in and out in 15 minutes. Whit and Steve are always helpful and professional.Inhave been coming here for at least 20 years and am never disappointed.
