I actually went to Allen tire forest hill for an oil change even though I could have gotten one free at the dealership . It was easy to make an appointment. It is close to my home. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They do not try to upsell. As an older female., I trust what they tell me. BetsyShires

If you are looking for excellent service at a fair price, this is the place. They will not try to upsell you, oversell you or otherwise take advantage of you. Honesty in this business can be hard to find, but these folks are honest. They are my "go to" shop!

I trust these folks and today I had an appointment for tire rotation and was in and out in 15 minutes. Whit and Steve are always helpful and professional.Inhave been coming here for at least 20 years and am never disappointed.

Not only has Allen Tire been giving me excellent service for years, but this past week, I got even more help from Chris, there. I heard him talking to a customer about maintenance on foreign cars, so I asked him questions about that, as I may have to buy a new car soon. He took the time to give me insight as to types of repairs and costs for foreign cars. This was HUGLEY helpful for me, and I was extremely grateful that he took the time to talk to me and answer my questions. Thank you Chris!

First, I got a phone call soon after I left an online request for an appointment scheduling call. Billy was friendly and helpful on the phone. I got an appointment quickly! The team at 13210 addressed my flat tire issue. The lobby and location was clean, quiet, and well-run. Brandon guided me through the whole appointment, updating me regularly and explaining tire safety and service. Great job, team.
