If I could give more stars I would. I showed up just after the store closed on a beautiful Friday night with a slow leak in my tire. They easily could have requested for me to come back at a different time, but they went above and beyond to address my issue. Specifically Ann, Thomas & James stayed an additional 45 minutes to make sure that my tire was repaired and I could drive safely. We have a lot of choices in regards to car repair, and customer service is the most important factor to consider.
Recently moved to area and received the most professional, helpful service from Ann, Mike and Thomas. I needed a Battery and two new tires installed. I was quoted almost $2000 at the Dealership and was not satisfied with service. I was referred to Allen Tires by an employee and walked in to receive a quote. The Manager walked out to my car to see the tires, gave me recommendations to options of tires, answered all my many questions. He offered warranties and future services offered. The entire staff was very friendly and felt like a family atmosphere. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Allen Tires in Midlothian. Being a single woman, I felt very comfortable and relieved that they took care of my BMW without ripping me off financially. Reasonably priced and very Professional.
I had a blowout of my tire and Chris was amazing. I ended up with 4 new tires (which I knew I needed) for a much better tire for a similar price to a subpar tire the dealer had. They had the tires in stock and brought my car back immediately!
We have had a 20+ year RELATIONSHIP with Allen Tire and recommend them to anyone who asks. Before we embark on a cross-country trip next Friday, they did a safety and mechanical inspection and recommended essential updates in line with the mfgr's standards. Shout out to Laurie, Chris, Billy, and the technicians/mechanics we do not see. The team ALWAYS treats us fairly and we have peace of mind for our trip because we trust their advice and service.
I have been using Allen Tire for years. The owners are amazing and Billy goes above and beyond for everyone. He even took me back to work one time when I had to leave my car (I worked close by).
