We've been bringing our cars to Allen Tire in Chester for about 20 years. The work has always been satisfactory and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I feel I can trust what they say about my cars needs--no up selling.
If I could give more stars I would. I showed up just after the store closed on a beautiful Friday night with a slow leak in my tire. They easily could have requested for me to come back at a different time, but they went above and beyond to address my issue. Specifically Ann, Thomas & James stayed an additional 45 minutes to make sure that my tire was repaired and I could drive safely. We have a lot of choices in regards to car repair, and customer service is the most important factor to consider.
