Excellent customer service. I went there for a flat tire and did not feel because I was a woman, they were taking advantage of me. They fixed my tire and did not try to talk me into buying something that was not needed. I felt safe when I left and will go there again for repairs. They were very honest.

My husband & I were in the area when I heard an unusual thumping sound from a front tire. An industrial bolt mechanism was attached to the tire; luckily we were close to Allen Tire/Midlothian. Kris Frazier had never seen such a problem, but he had us fixed up and ready to go within one hour. We were TOTALLY PLEASED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE--HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

I got a flat at 5pm after driving on the substandard road junction at rt 76 and rt288. Called Allen Tires and was helped immediately and in a very friendly manner. They shut at6pm but fitted me in since I was so close. Honestly took them about 20minutes to fit two new front tires to my Eclipse, and those are not normal tires. Thanks guys
