Just wanted to thank the Hull Street Road location for the wonderful job and great customer service they gave me. I got an unexpected flat tire and they were kind enough to come help me change the tire and fixed my flat very quickly being professional and kind at the same time. We have gone to this location since moving to Midlothian in 2019 and they have always been professional, courteous, faur priced and great work.
I want to thank the Hull St Rd location. My wife got a flat tire and they went out of their way to help us change the flat tire and fix the flat quickly and courteously. We had the car back very fast and their customer service was great. We have been going to this location since we moved here in 2019 and they have always given us fair prices and great service quickly.
Pat and the crew at Allen Tire went far above my expectations in remedying a difficult situation. While I feel most places would have probably given up, Pat's persistence and determination ultimately yielded a fantastic solution.
